Background:
A listed building set in rural surroundings on the outskirts of Bath. It was founded in 1868 as a church school to provide for children of the parish. A chancel was built on to the school hall in 1911 and is still used by parishioners during the winter. The grounds are attractive with hard play areas, quiet garden, play activity area, a large playing field and a wildlife conservation area. The school has a happy, purposeful and welcoming atmosphere.
